XFMG really needs to have some different settings for acceptable image sizes separate from what the forum has.
I personally would prefer my users to upload their higher quality images into the gallery and then link to them in the threads.... but currently... it appears that both XFMG and the forum use the same settings. They are separate items... so they should be able to have separate sizes set... not a "one size fits all" philosophy.
A classic case.. this image (on my site) has to be set...
